How Cercle works at an event
Cercle integrates into any event via a streamlined logistics and washing cycle optimised for temporary installations.
Implementation (bump-in)
Cercle delivers all reusables, pods, signage and instructions to your venue and supports vendor and cleaner onboarding. You choose the options and service level you need.
Food Service
Vendors serve drinks and food in Cercle reusables. Optional digital deposits available for events where loss rates may be a concern.

Attendees enjoy a premium cup or container they can carry throughout the event site.
Returning reusables
Cups and containers are returned to Drop Pods, Trolley Pods or temporary return points strategically placed around the event site.
Collecting pods
Cleaning teams empty pods using removable and reusable sleeves, consolidating cups for the wash cycle. Trolley pods are designed to be the easiest collection and management of assets possible.
Daily washing cycle
If your event does not have capacity or staffing to do on-site dishwashing, Cercle operates a daily off-site wash + restock loop:
- Cups and containers are collected at the end of service
- Transported to a washing hub
- Cleaned, dried and repacked
Delivered back to the site for the next event day.
Returning reusables (daily reset)
Every morning of the event, clean cups and containers arrive ready for immediate vendor use.
