Do you just do coffee (hot) reusable cups?
No. We might have started there, but we do so much more!
Our core Cercle Steel and Cercle Lite cups are designed for both hot and cold uses, and we have added cups such as our 16 oz frosted Cercle Lite cup with a domed lid to allow you to serve the perfect smoothie or iced latte. We want to give you enough high-quality options and confidence to go 100% reusable service with us.
Do customers need to change their routine to use Cercle?
Nope, just a small behaviour change they can feel good about. Customers simply grab a Cercle Cup, enjoy their drink and drop it into a Drop Pod. Does Cercle work with multiple cafés in the same building or precinct?
Yes! Cercle assets and systems allow users to borrow from any connected location, and return to any location creating an ecosystem. The backend operations depend on washing options selected and making sure everything is tracked so that the user experience is seamless.

What is the minimum order?
This depends on the assets you are after. For example, Cercle Steel cups come in configurations of 40 cups. Cercle Lite range has no MOQ, and comes in configurations of 200 cups. Simply visit our product pages for more information and ways to order.
What types of cups are available?
We have both hot and cold cups in 8, 12 and 16oz sizes. You can choose between Cercle Lite and Cercle Steel (double-walled stainless steel). Both are tested for 1,000 uses and designed for a premium drinking experience. But why stop with reusable cups, we have containers too when you are ready.
Can I custom brand your reusables?
Yes, most of our assets (cups, containers, drop pods, physical signage) are custom brandable at a cost. We also preferentially offer custom digital branding as a method to get your branding or sponsor value with reusables (and avoid potential ‘souveniring’ of assets. How does pricing work?
There are three flexible options depending on how you want to get started with Cercle:
1. Lease our assets for a low upfront and monthly cost, and get started quickly with no lock-ins. Buy products outright, including cups, lids, Drop Pods and branding.
2. Purchase assets to avoid most monthly costs, or if you want to custom brand your assets
3. Purchase a discounted package like our Cafe Starter Packs that help you get started quickly (and economically) in certain sectors, and includes everything you need to get started.

How much does custom branding cost?
